Winemaker’s NotesGrenache, cinsault and mataro were harvested together as a field blend, with fruit destemmed and 40% retained as whole bunches, then co-fermented in a small open-top fermenter. Following pressing, the wine matured for 10 months in two seasoned French oak puncheons prior to bottling.Bright crimson–magenta in colour, showing aromas of macerated plum, and darker berry fruits, layered with exotic spice and citrus blossom.
