Exhibition
Terras Mirus
Exhibition Opening 6pm - 8pm 7 August 2026
Four years on, Terras Mirus is both a celebration and a reflection.
From the first moment we opened our doors, Wonderground has been an exploration—of soil and site, of wine and time, of creativity and connection. What began as an idea has steadily taken form, exhibition by exhibition, season by season, vintage by vintage.
Terras Mirus "marvellous earth"/ (wonder – ground) speaks to that relationship. It is a tribute to the ground beneath us, the ideas that inspire us, the textures we uncover, and the quiet transformations that occur over time. Here, art exists as a reflection —gestures of process, patience, and place. This exhibition is as much about looking forward as it is about looking back. It captures a moment in an ongoing journey—one shaped by collaboration, curiosity, and a deep respect for the land and relationships. Above all, it is an invitation: to gather, to pause and to experience our artists and Wonderground as it continues to evolve.

Exhibition
Philocalist
Inspired by the Greek concept of philokalia — the love of beauty — Philocalist celebrates artists whose practices are grounded in care, curiosity and close attention to the world around them.
Bringing together works that find beauty in both the extraordinary and the everyday, the exhibition invites us to pause, look more closely and consider what it means to truly notice.
Join artist Nick Rutten, Tom Orrin, Eira Chidgey, Kate Pittas, Julianne Brandt and Patricia Rose.
Opening Night: Friday 18th September 2026, 6–8pm

Private Wine Education & Cultural Immersion
The Art of Wine School
At Wonderground and Mirus, wine education is an act of connection — to place, to people, and to the stories held within each glass. Our intention is not simply to teach wine, but to cultivate lifelong lovers of wine and of this remarkable site.
Our full-day flagship experience pairs the internationally recognised WSET Level 1 Award in Wines with an immersive exploration of Mirus. Guests undertake the course and assessment as part of the experience, culminating in a private deep dive into the Mirus wine range. Certification is awarded by WSET upon successful completion.
For those seeking a deeper understanding of place, the Barossa Wine School — Regional Mastery experience offers an intimate exploration of the Barossa. Through benchmark tastings, vineyard walks and insight from owner-winemakers, guests uncover the heritage, terroir and defining wine styles of Australia’s most celebrated wine region, concluding with a private Mirus tasting.
At The Art of Wine School, education extends beyond the glass — fostering a lasting connection to land, craft and the enduring spirit of the Barossa.
