SOIL: Sandy quartz gravel over red clay and mixed weathered rock

CLONE: Cuttings taken in 1935 from a relative's old vines in Vine Vale so this clone is likely to be an original Barossa clone.

PLANTED: 1936 by Adolph Neldner.

WINEMAKING: Open fermented with 25% whole bunches, using indigenous yeast. Matured in 1 older French oak puncheon. No fining or filtration and minimal sulphur added. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.
